If it needs a licensed plumber, electrician, HVAC tech, roofer, or tree service, I say so.
Package returns, store pickups, dropping things off, grabbing supplies, taking donations — as part of booked Local Helper time. Travel for the task after the appointment starts counts toward that time. Driving to you in the normal service area does not. I don't log into your accounts, handle sensitive money stuff, or buy expensive items on your behalf.
Exterior cleaning, yard cleanup, leaf cleanup, gutter cleaning, and larger outdoor or property jobs. Those are quoted — request a quote rather than the everyday hourly rate.
